Musa Ibrahim Bangladeshi Boy reaches top of Mount Everest

Banbkadesh Joy, Musa Ibrahim Joy, We found Second great victory after 40 years. A Bangali can do everything; can take any kind of high risk to bring the reputation for Bangladesh. Yeah! It’s proved by the Musa Ebrahim. Musa is a Bangladeshi people who have conquered the world’s largest Mount Everest for the first time amongst the Bangladeshi people. This is the first time the Red-Green Flag are flying on the top of the world.

Musa Ibrahim started his trailing life from the 2002. He got trained from the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and got certified from two professional mountaineering courses.

Musa Ibrahim is the first people who conquered the Annapurna 4 Trail as a Bangladeshi people.  He is a founder and general secretary of Noth Alpine Club.He started the Everest trailing since the last 20 April’ 2010. In order to ease the Himalay journey he took help of “Himalayan Guides Nepal”. The managing director of Himalayan Guides Nepal named Iswari Pudel said that – “there was a team of 26 members who have been able to reach to the top of the Himalaya and musa ibrahim is one of them. The other members are – 9 Nepali Sherpa, 6 British, 1 American & 3 Montenegrin

Musa Ibrahim is a boy of Mugholhut, Lalmonirhat district of Bangladesh. Musa born in 1979. His father’s name is Ansar Ali. Mother’s name is Bilkis Begum. He passed his SSC and HSC from Thakurgoan and then got himself admitted in Dhaka University. Now, He is a sub-editor of a Bangladeshi English daily “The Daily Star”. His wife’s name is Umme Soraban Tahura (Asst. District Judge of Mymensing) and he has a one half years old child named Wasi Ibrahim.

Passenger Ferry Accidents, Bangladesh

As a result of the collapse of river passenger ferry in southern Bangladesh, killing at least 62 people, most of them women and children. Account missing are hundreds. Most of the passengers were directed to celebrate the Muslim holiday of Eid al-Adha. 

The accident occurred on the river near the town of Tetulia Lalmohan, 300 km from the capital of Bangladesh. 

At the shore the vessel suddenly heeled over and the decks were partially flooded. Many people remain locked in the holds. Currently, the site of the accident rescue work. 

According to one version, the cause of the disaster could be the overloading of the vessel. All on board were about fifteen thousand people 
more than double the allowable. 

When approaching the coast the bulk of the passengers moved to one side, resulting in centering of the vessel was broken and it turned upside down.

Michael Jackson memorial ceremony To Day

Family members of Michael Jackson expressed a desire to hold a private farewell ceremony at the cemetery in Forest Lawn Memorial Parks in Los Angeles, said assistant chief of the police department of the city, Jim McDonnell. On the exact date and time of the funeral of the King of pop music has not yet been reported. 

At a public ceremony of farewell to Jackson, which will be held July 7, wanted to get around 1.6 million of his fans. "You people trying to sell these tickets should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves," said a Craigslist user in a post Monday morning. "Please flag all of these money-grabbing Unsuitable...if you're a true Michael Jackson fan you won't give money to these parasites."

Organizers of the public memorial service, scheduled for Tuesday morning at the Staples Center arena in downtown Los Angeles, made 8,750 pairs of tickets available through an online lottery. But demand far outstripped supply, as about 1.6 million fans registered for a chance at the tickets. 

Winners received an e-mail Sunday directing them to print vouchers and bring them Monday to Dodgers Stadium, where they were to receive tickets and have a non removable wristband placed on their arms. Those entering the Staples Center on Tuesday must have wristbands to match their tickets.

Bangladesh sets clock one hour forward from Today.

The Daylight Saving Time (DST), first ever in Bangladesh, would start at 2300 hrs tomorrow. It means offices and businesses would open and close an hour earlier than usual. 

People would shift clocks forward by an hour and leave them that way until October. 

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina would release a first day cover tomorrow at 2245 hrs at her 'Jamuna' official residence to mark the occasion. 

The government estimates that 250 Mega Watts of power per day could be saved by having more daylight hours in the evening so that people avoid using electric lights.
